Using Clipped
These terms govern Clipped, operated by Chrona.
Use Clipped lawfully and only with content you have the right to access.
Keep your account access secure.
Do not misuse the service, access other people’s data, evade usage limits or interfere with its operation.

Subscriptions, trials and renewal
Some versions and features require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple.
Before subscribing, check the available plans, total billed price, billing period and any trial.
These appear in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation.
Prices and availability may vary by storefront.
A free trial is available only when offered and when Apple determines you are eligible.
It converts to the disclosed paid subscription unless canceled before renewal.
A monthly alternative may charge immediately rather than include a trial; check the selected plan’s terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings.
Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than refunding the current period.
Apple controls billing, eligibility, cancellation timing and refunds under its applicable terms.
Request refunds through Apple’s purchase support.
Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.
Deleting your Clipped account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Restoring purchases can restore eligible subscription access.
It does not by itself recover saved clips from a different Clipped account.
Your library and podcast rights
You retain the rights you hold in your original notes and other original material.
You allow Chrona and its providers to store and process submitted material as needed for the features you use.
This includes sync and AI features you request.
Recordings, artwork, transcripts and quoted passages may belong to their creators or other rights holders.
Access to a public feed does not transfer ownership or grant unlimited redistribution rights.
You are responsible for how you use and share clips.
Featured shows do not imply partnership or endorsement.
AI, availability and usage limits
Transcripts, summaries, titles and highlights may contain errors or omit context.
Review the original audio before relying on or sharing them.
Clipped does not promise a particular learning, memory, professional or financial outcome.
Features depend on app version, podcast source, connectivity and processing status.
Some episodes need processing before transcripts or highlights become available.
Technical and usage limits protect reliability and prevent abuse.
Clipped does not promise unlimited new AI processing.
We may improve the service, address abuse or discontinue features.
Where changes materially affect a paid subscription, applicable store terms and consumer law govern available remedies.
Recovery and deletion
Anonymous use does not guarantee library recovery after losing a device or account session.
Use an available recovery method and keep access to it.
Contact support before deleting the app if you are unsure how your library is associated with your account.
Request deletion in the app or contact support if you cannot sign in.
Removing your personal account does not remove public podcast content or cancel an Apple subscription.

Apple license and your rights
Your App Store purchase also licenses the app under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, where applicable.
These service terms do not replace Apple’s terms or remove rights you have under consumer law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
This does not exclude obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
